evolve Federal Credit Union is committed to community involvement and philanthropy to benefit El Paso’s children. Since 2015, we have made community care central to our business model and beliefs. Our team believes community partnerships, social good campaigns, kindness, and generosity are fundamental to creating a bright future for our city.
That’s why we established “evolving Kids of El Paso.” We wanted to enhance local children’s lives and well- being through supporting local and amazing organizations that do meaningful work!
Through hosting annual events, like “Kids Day at the Movies”, “Zoo Day”, and volunteering with our community partners, we work to invest in the betterment of the children of El Paso. Our Social Purpose allows us to not only share our mission, but it is also a way for us to raise awareness about each of our community partner’s mission.
No matter what El Paso faces, our team always finds a way to lend a hand. Here is an overview of our 2020 Social Purpose event calendar.
- We hosted our first clothing drive in August with the Candlelighters of El Paso
- We donated 286 Smile Packages to 5 of our community partners through the Sending Smiles in September donation event
- We launched our first digital fundraiser, Mission for Miracles, benefiting our newly acquired community partners, El Paso Children’s Hospital / Children’s Miracle Network
- evolve also hosted its second digital fundraiser “12 Days of Wishes” to raise donations for the Make-A-Wish NT foundation
- We wrapped up 2020 with our shoe donation event, in partnership with Academy Sports & Outdoor, where we gathered 255 pairs of shoes for the kids of our community partnered organizations, A Shoe Story donation event
El Paso comes together to meet any challenge, and our team is always proud to contribute.
