To take advantage of all that your new MasterCard® Debit Card has to offer, you will need to activate your new card.

This can be done in four easy steps:

Step 1: CALL 1-888-373-3281 to activate your new MasterCard® Debit Card

Step 2: SIGN the back of your new MasterCard® Debit Card

Step 3: CUT UP and discard your old Visa® debit card

Step 4: NOTIFY MERCHANTS of your new card number if they automatically bill your debit card

Please Note: Your new PIN will be sent by mail

IMPORTANT: To prevent an interruption in debit card access, please activate your new card now. If you have any questions or did not receive your new Debit Card, please call our Service Support Center at 915-593-5866.
